Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
For hygienic reasons, face masks cannot be exchanged or returned.
- You can return the item within 14 days of receipt.
- Within 7 days of receipt of the item please send an e-mail to email@example.com with your request to return the item.
- To exchange, send back the item you don’t want and place a new order through our online store.
- Returned items have to be in the original condition including the attached label. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted.
- You will be responsible for the return costs.

- As soon as the item is received we will refund the purchase amount* within 7 days.
* If you return the complete order we will also refund the shipping costs. If you return part of the order you will be refunded for the purchase amount only.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipment. If the shipment is lost and/or damaged Dress by Mila will not be held responsible. We recommend to get a proof of mailing receipt at the post office and make sure to keep this until you have received your refund. This is your proof of returning the item.
